Daily car rental rates start at 12 USD for economy class. The price depends on the selected model, rental period, and insurance package. The longer the rental, the lower the daily rate: special rates apply for rentals of 7 days or more. To rent a car without a driver at BLS, you must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. For VIP-class cars, the minimum age is 23; for trucks, it's 25 years with at least 5 years of experience. Drivers under 21 are not allowed to drive independently. There are no exceptions to these rules - they are strictly stated in the rental agreement.
Citizens of Ukraine must provide a passport (or ID card) and a driver's license. Foreign citizens require a travel passport and an international driving permit. Corporate clients need to provide company registration documents and a power of attorney for the driver. All documents can be uploaded online during booking - a personal visit to the office is not required.
The daily mileage limit is 250 km. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee is charged for each extra kilometer. If you are planning long trips, book for 4 days or more: starting from the 4th day, mileage becomes unlimited at no extra cost. This is convenient for traveling across Ukraine or regular intercity trips.
All cars in the BLS fleet are no older than 5 years. Before handover, every vehicle undergoes a technical inspection, professional cleaning, and is provided with a full tank of fuel. Upon pick-up, you sign an acceptance report describing its current condition, which protects both parties. We recommend taking photos or videos of the car's condition when you receive it.
Travel to EU countries is allowed subject to prior written agreement with BLS before the rental starts. Entry into temporarily occupied territories and combat zones is strictly prohibited. For trips abroad, inform the manager of your route in advance - they will issue the necessary permit and advise you on insurance conditions abroad.
BLS accepts cash, bank transfers, online card payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The deposit can be paid in cash or blocked on a card, at your choice. For corporate clients, bank transfer payment with all necessary accounting documents is available.
First of all, call the BLS manager via the support number. If the damage is due to an accident, call the police and the National Patrol Service; do not move the vehicle until they arrive. Be sure to document the incident with photos and videos. All situations are settled within the insurance agreement. Your liability is limited by the selected insurance package.
Yes, BLS offers long-term car rentals in Kyiv for weeks or months. Long-term rates are significantly more cost-effective than daily rates. Special conditions apply starting from the 6th day of rental. Separate tariff plans and corporate agreements are available for business clients. Yes, the minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). If you are more than 1 hour late beyond the paid time, you will be charged for the next day.
