Basic terms of cooperation

BLS car rental offers customers cars from its diverse fleet. You can choose a car of any class of comfort, with or without a driver, with delivery to a convenient place, or order a transfer service to the station or airport.

The conditions for renting a car are simple. The client needs:

1. Book a car by doing it online on the website or by calling the company's office. The employee will tell you about all the available options, take the order and make a preliminary reservation.
2. Pass verification in the security service of the company. To do this, it is necessary to provide the employee with a photo of the passport, identification code, driver's license, and their originals at the time of signing the contract.

The minimum age of the client must not be less than 21 years, and the driving experience must not be less than two years. The check takes 10-15 minutes. After that, an employee of the company gives confirmation, and at a convenient time, the client can pick up the car.

Additional services

You can pick up already rented transport or order delivery to a convenient place. Terms of delivery from BLS:

• A car rental specialist will prepare a contract and a transfer-acceptance certificate. The driver will bring the booked car to the agreed address in Kyiv or another city at a fixed time.
• Further, with the client, an inventory of the existing damages (if any) and their photographic fixation is carried out. The tenant receives the car after washing and with a full tank.

Terms of payment

BLS works only on a prepaid basis. In addition to paying the rent, the client must separately pay for the reservation. The cost of the reservation is deducted from the total amount of the rental when the car is handed over to the tenant. When canceling a booking, funds are not returned.

At the time of signing the agreement, a deposit is also paid, depending on the model of the chosen car. The deposit is returned to the client (in the same monetary form) after the transfer of the rented car upon fulfillment of the contract's provisions, that is, if the terms of the lease, the integrity of the car, and the mileage conditions are not violated.

Car rental and deposit payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, using Mastercard/VISA/American Express cards.
