BLS Assistance support is available 24 hours a day. Regardless of where exactly you are on the road at the moment , experienced staff who speak your language are at your service, can organize timely measures and provide appropriate resources.

BLS Assistance

If the vehicle is unable to move in case of traffic accident, breakdown or other event predicted by the Rules, BLS client's will get next services
Damaged tire exchange
In case of unforseen situation, when the tire is broken and requires the exchange
  • Comapny will organize the technical service assistance that will help with change of spare tire
  • In the event of damage to two or more wheels simultaneously, the Client will be offered the evacuation of the Vehicle.
Technical assistance
The service is provided at the expense of the Company.
Technical assistance services are:
  • Fuel delivery. BLS comapny pays only for delivery. You pay for fuel amount ordered
  • Engine start from alternative source (Battery recharge)
  • Damages tire exhange and spare tire installation
  • Accidental doors opening, locks heating.
Vehicle evacuation
The service is provided at the expense of the Company.
Evacuation is conducted from the event's location to the nearest authorized service station according to your vehicle brand
Fuel delivery
In the event of an unforeseen situation, when the fuel ran out earlier than the Client was able to reach the gas station, and as a result of which the engine stopped, the fuel will be delivered to the place where the vehicle is stopped.
Engine start from alternative source
In case of unforseen situation, when the battery is out of order and the engine start is impossible
  • Comapny will organize the technical service assistance that will help to start engine from alternative source
  • After the successful start of the engine by technical assistance service, you should immediately consult the recommended authorized service station to solve the problem;
  • In case of unsuccessful attempts to start the engine by technical assistance service, you will be offered a vehicle evacuation service.

You are entitled to use additionial services after evacuation services

Placement of defective vehicle on the secure parking
The service is provided at the expense of the Company: at the Event occurrence and further evacuation of the vehicle from the place of breakdown to the nearest authorized service station and if the Event occurred at night or at a time when the service stations does not work.
In case of financial limit excess, client pays the difference of exceeded amount
Hotel accommodation
The service is provided at the expense of the Company at the Event occurrence and further evacuation of the vehicle from the place of breakdown to the nearest authorized service station and provided that:
  • Service station where vehicle delivered for repair works located more then 50 km from client's residence place
  • The vehicle can not be repaired within one day and the customer is forced to wait for the repair to be completed till the next working day of the service station.
  • In case of financial limit excess, client pays the difference of exceeded amount
Rental vehicle
The service is provided at the expense of the Company at the Event occurrence and further evacuation of the vehicle from the place of breakdown to the nearest authorized service station and provided that:
  • The vehicle can not be repaired within one day and the customer is forced to wait for the repair to be completed till the next working day of the service station.
  • In case of financial limit excess, client pays the difference of exceeded amount
Avia, bus and railway tickets
The service is provided at the expense of the Company at the Event occurrence and further evacuation of the vehicle from the place of breakdown to the nearest authorized service station and provided that:
  • Service station where vehicle delivered for repair works located more then 50 km from client's residence place
  • The vehicle can not be repaired within one day and the customer is forced to wait for the repair to be completed till the next working day of the service station.
  • Company provides tickets (railway and avia) to clients and passengers that were in car during damage in order to continue the journey and one way ticket for the driver to pick up the car from the service..
  • In case of financial limit excess, client pays the difference of exceeded amount
