No-deposit rental under Prime does not remove the rental agreement's obligations or provide unconditional cover for every risk. Funds for possible traffic fines are returned after checks if there are no fines, under the procedure and timing specified in your booking terms.
Prime includes unlimited mileage from the first rental day. Include the return journey and local driving when comparing its complete cost with Base plus any excess-mileage charges.
For most vehicles, drivers must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience. VIP vehicles require a minimum age of 23 and 2 years of experience. Trucks require a minimum age of 25, 5 years of experience and the appropriate licence category. Prime requires a minimum age of 25 and 3 years of experience, so meeting the basic 21/2 conditions alone is not enough for that plan.
Pay by bank card or bank transfer. BLS does not accept cash. Your reservation prepayment is credited towards the rental if it goes ahead. It is not refundable if you cancel; if BLS cannot provide the vehicle, it is refunded.
A rental day is 24 hours. Returning the car more than 1 hour late is charged as another rental day. If your plans change, arrange an extension before the agreement ends; do not assume it happens automatically. Cars are supplied with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Missing fuel incurs an additional charge.

Insurance cover, exclusions and financial liability depend on your specific rental terms, not simply the name of the insurance package.
