Booking was easy and the staff were polite at pickup. The paperwork took longer than I expected, and I had to wait again when returning the car. Nothing went seriously wrong, but the process could have been more organised. It was an acceptable rental overall, just not as smooth as I hoped.

Rented the RAV4 for a family trip with plenty of luggage. The car was comfortable and easy to drive, and pickup was well organised. Returning it took a little longer than expected, but overall it was a good experience.

Everything went perfectly. They gave out a car like a reservation. Adequate staff. I recommend
