All vehicles are covered by compulsory third-party liability insurance and CASCO. Standard insurance does not cover the renter's liability in case of a traffic accident or vehicle theft. We recommend the Full coverage service to reduce the liability to 0.

A rental on the Base rate requires a standard deposit, the amount of which depends on the car model. It is returned once the car is handed back, provided the rental agreement has been observed.

A rental without the standard deposit is possible with the Prime rate for eligible cars. In this case a sum of USD 200 or 300, depending on the car class, is held for possible fines after the rental ends.

This amount will be deducted from the total rental amount upon receipt of the car. Please note that if the booking is canceled, the prepayment of 15 USD is not refundable! The term for a refund of the 15 USD prepayment when a reservation is canceled due to the lack of a suitable car depends on several reasons, including those beyond the company's control (bank, payment system), and can take 14 to 30 working days.
VAT, full maintenance and seasonal tyre change are included in the rate. The rental begins when the vehicle handover certificate is signed. Returning the car more than 1 hour late is charged as the next rental day.
The Base rate has a mileage limit of 250 km per day. The Prime rate includes unlimited mileage regardless of the rental period. The cost of exceeding the Base limit depends on the car class:
Vehicle class USD/km

Middle
0.18
Business, SUV's
0.30
Mini Vans
0.50
Convertibles
0.60
VIP

The rental can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or American Express bank card or by bank transfer. Cash is not accepted.

One rental day is 24 hours from the moment the handover certificate is signed. Returning the car more than 1 hour late is charged as the next rental day.

The car can be picked up or returned at a BLS location, delivered to an address for a fee, or returned in another city with the One-Way service. The place, time and cost must be agreed when booking.

Fuel policy

BLS hands over the car with a full tank. The customer must return the car with a full tank as well. If the fuel level is lower on return, a charge for the missing fuel is applied under the rental agreement.

Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the car. An additional driver must provide the required documents and meet the age and experience requirements for the chosen car. The service is arranged before the driver takes the wheel and may be charged separately.
