FAQ

General questions

What is the minimum age for VIP rental?

At least 23 with two years of driving experience. Prime requires at least 25 and three years; eligibility is checked for the particular car.

Is a chauffeur included in VIP hire?

Not in self-drive rental. Agree any separate chauffeur service, route and duration beforehand.

Can I choose a car for a wedding or filming?

Explain the purpose when requesting the car. Availability, decorations and planned filming activity must be agreed before booking.

Does the company guarantee specific equipment for my date?

No. Confirm the actual offered car and your essential features, not merely its VIP classification.

Does Prime mean there is no security payment at all?

It removes the standard vehicle deposit, but separate security for possible traffic fines is specified. Do not apply one model's arrangement to the entire category.

Can I extend VIP hire after an event?

Contact BLS in advance. An extension needs confirmation and depends on subsequent bookings; returning more than one hour late incurs an extra day.

What happens to prepayment if an event is cancelled?

Reservation prepayment is not refunded when the customer cancels. It is refunded if BLS cannot supply the vehicle. Changing dates needs separate agreement rather than an automatic transfer of the reservation.
