Only a driver approved by BLS and named in the agreement may take over. Arrange this before handing over the keys. The additional driver must provide documents and meet the relevant age and experience requirements; confirm the additional-driver fee when booking.
A different-city return must be agreed through the One-Way service before the booking is confirmed. The SUV One-Way charge is USD 250, with the final cost subject to the vehicle and route. Specify the return office and appointment rather than changing them during the trip without approval.
BLS supplies the vehicle with a full tank and requires a full tank on return. Refuel before the handover and use the correct fuel for the vehicle. A shortfall is charged according to the rental agreement; the rental payment is not a fuel allowance.
When the rental proceeds, the reservation prepayment is deducted from the final amount payable. It is not refunded if you cancel your booking. If BLS cannot provide the vehicle, the prepayment is refunded to you.
Contact BLS before the agreed return time to request an extension. The vehicle's next booking and the revised rental terms need to be checked. Wait for confirmation of the new return date and amount payable; keeping the vehicle longer does not itself approve an extension.
Contact BLS Assistance promptly and explain where you are and what has happened. If anyone is in danger, contact the relevant emergency service first. Follow the assistance team's instructions and the incident procedure in your agreement; do not arrange unauthorized repairs.
