Prime requires a driver aged at least 25 with three years of driving experience; any stricter vehicle-specific conditions still apply. CASCO and third-party liability insurance are subject to the agreement, including exclusions and incident procedures. Neither insurance nor the SUV category permits unrestricted use of the vehicle.
