Then they started writing to me in the mail that the car was taken for long-term rental, they offered an "alternative" in the form of a Volkswagen Polo. Are you serious?)) cupra with 300 forces, and polo, absolutely the same thing) I refused the proposed alternative, they wrote that the money would be returned within 3 working days. 6 working days have passed, there is no return, and as far as I understand, there will be none. Maybe this is some new fraudulent scheme? To write off money for booking, offer an alternative that they will refuse and not return the money. In short, I will not advise this office to anyone
