The list of areas is approved by the Odesa Regional Military Administration and may change – details of the order of 3 July 2026 are given in the announcement by Chornomorsk City Council.

How to drive to Odesa
The M05 runs from Kyiv to Odesa – about 475 km, which usually takes 5–6 hours with short stops. The road is mostly four-lane, with filling stations and cafés along the way. From Lviv the journey takes longer – via Vinnytsia or Khmelnytskyi and Uman. Plan to arrive in daylight, and if an air raid alert is declared in the city, follow the instructions and do not stay in your car in open car parks.
