Hello. I don't recommend this service. Reasons:
1. Procedure: I reserved a car online and attached the necessary documents. They called me back and arranged a pickup time. Upon arrival, it turned out they "didn't like" my documents. A call to Security Service was a time commitment. I called the hotline and described the situation, and they promised to connect me with a supervisor. We sat in the car waiting for a call. I waited for 30-40 minutes, and no one called back. The employee who picks up and drops off the car had already called Security Service, they put me on the phone, and they finally decided to rent the car. The whole process took about an extra hour.
2. Payment procedure: If you use a debit card, the deposit is debited and then returned, which can take 3-5 days. This means you're left without money for an extended period.
3. Regarding the car: everything is more or less fine. It's new, in 4-star condition, in good working order, and well-maintained. I don't think I'll use this company again. Their purely Ukrainian (post-Soviet/CIS) approach to business is palpable from a mile away, along with a disinterested attitude toward the customer (even though the service, let's say, isn't cheap in Ukrainian conditions). Two stars because I actually received the car; otherwise, it would have been one.

I was pleased with the service.
+ Responsive managers (Oksana, the manager, handed me the car): everything was to the point, all questions were answered, all problems were resolved promptly due to the work of related agencies, and the documents were processed quickly;
+ A well-maintained, working car, a complimentary car wash (the car only needs to be visually inspected for damage, so I symbolically brushed off any dirt at the self-service area when I dropped it off, which was enough for the inspection);
+ Unlimited mileage (a huge plus) was available in my case; I'm not sure about other car classes, I didn't check.
Prices are average for our region. All payments are cashless, which is undoubtedly convenient. It's a shame there's no office in Zaporizhzhia – delivery costs $35 each way, which seems expensive, but the fact that there's unlimited mileage outweighs this.
!!! Attention to those leaving a deposit from their card's credit limit! Please note that, according to bank regulations, the entire deposit is only released 12 days after the transaction.
If you leave a deposit NOT using the loan funds, the first deposit (depending on the car class) will be returned to you on the 5th day after registration, and the second deposit ($200) will be received on the 12th day, as naturally stipulated by the manager.
