How does BLS rental differ from car sharing or hourly hire?

This is rental under an agreement with specified dates and collection and return points, not pay-per-minute car sharing. A short chauffeur-driven trip is quoted separately from self-drive hire.

What are the conditions for renting a car in Lviv?

To rent a car, the client must be over 21 years old and have a driving experience of more than 2 years. In individual cases, it is possible to discuss the terms of renting with an increase in the deposit amount

Can I rent a car without a security deposit?

Yes, Prime on eligible models has no standard vehicle deposit. BLS retains USD 200 or USD 300, depending on class, solely for possible traffic fines; booking terms specify the return procedure.

What documents do I need to rent a car in Lviv?

A passport and a driver's license are required to execute a rental agreement. Foreign citizens need a passport and an international driver's license.

How much mileage is included?

Base includes 250 km per day. Prime includes unlimited mileage regardless of rental duration. Excess mileage under Base is charged at the rate for your chosen vehicle.

In what condition are the vehicles provided?

All vehicles are in perfect technical condition, clean and with a full tank of fuel. The cars are no more than three years old.

Is it allowed to travel outside Ukraine with a rented car?

Yes, travel to European Union countries is allowed. Written authorization from BLS is required.

Can I transfer control of a rental car to another driver?

Yes, it is possible to add a second driver to the rental agreement. This service is free of charge

What are the terms and conditions of car insurance?

All vehicles are insured under CASCO and compulsory third party liability insurance, which provides full protection in case of an accident or damage.

Is it possible to order car delivery to another city?

Yes, we provide the service of car delivery to any point of Ukraine. The cost of the service is calculated individually.

Is it possible to rent a car for a wedding or other event in Lviv?

Of course, we offer car rentals for weddings and other special occasions. We recommend booking a car in advance.

What are the ways to pay for a rental car?

We offer various payment options: cashless payment with VAT, online payment by bank card, as well as via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What should I do if my rental car is damaged?

In case of damage to the car, you should contact our manager immediately for further instructions. Our cars are insured, which reduces your liability.

What is the cost of additional services in Lviv?

The cost of additional services varies. For example, renting a child seat costs 4$ per day when renting up to 14 days, over 2$ per day. Please check with the manager at the time of booking.

Can I collect a car at Lviv railway station?
