Rental application №B3226300 Very dissatisfied with the company's service, I planned to rent a cupra formentor. On the website, the filter showed that it was available, so I booked it from the website, for which they successfully wrote off about 600 UAH from me. Then they started writing to me in the mail that the car was taken for long-term rental, they offered an "alternative" in the form of a Volkswagen Polo. Are you serious?)) cupra with 300 forces, and polo, absolutely the same thing) I refused the proposed alternative, they wrote that the money would be returned within 3 working days. 6 working days have passed, there is no return, and as far as I understand, there will be none. Maybe this is some new fraudulent scheme? To write off money for booking, offer an alternative that they will refuse and not return the money. In short, I will not advise this office to anyone

My car broke down right on the road, it stopped and wouldn't go. I called and got a replacement from BLS an hour later. The Ford is in good condition, filling out the contract was very quick and easy. The rest of the trip was without any worries or delays.
