Can another person share the driving?

Yes, provided the additional driver is added to the agreement before taking the wheel. They must supply the required documents and meet the applicable age and driving-experience requirements. How much fuel should be in the tank when I return the car?

BLS hands over the car with a full tank and requires it to be returned full. If fuel is missing, a charge applies under the agreement. Leave enough time to refuel before the agreed return, especially when your next journey has a fixed departure time.

What happens to my reservation prepayment if I cancel?

The reservation prepayment is not refunded if you cancel the booking. If BLS cannot provide the vehicle, it returns the prepayment. When the rental takes place, this amount is deducted from your final payment, rather than charged on top of the agreed hire cost.

Can I return the economy car in another city?

Ask BLS to approve a One-Way rental before booking. The economy-class service has a base reference charge of 200 USD, but the final charge can depend on the vehicle and route. Agree the return city and handover time before signing the agreement.

Can I take the rental car outside Ukraine?

Only with BLS's written approval in advance. Discuss the route, required documents, insurance conditions and permission to use the vehicle abroad before booking an international itinerary. An economy-class booking by itself does not authorize a border crossing.
