WARNING! Read the bad recent experiences that many others have reported with BLS car rental company, including those written in Ukrainian. Those terrible accounts are identical to my situation: On 16.09.2021, I reserved and paid in full for a car that was supposed to be available. Then, the agent in Lviv informed me they had no cars at the time I needed. I am now waiting nearly 3 weeks to be refunded $250! The agent claims that the "accounts department" in Kyiv is to blaim; the BLS chat service says that the Lviv office is responsible. Several times, the agent in Lviv promised that the money would be returned by Kyiv (within the day, within 2-3 days etc.), but none of the promises has materialised so far. Obviously, this situation happens frequently yet the managers of this company do nothing to fix the systemic human or technical failures. How difficult can it be for someone to send money that doesn't belong to them -- with a few clicks of a keyboard and a mouse -- back to the point of origin (in my case, one of the largest banks in Ukraine with an excellent online system). I have rented from several other companies based at LWO airport over many years, and I have never experienced such problems. On the contrary, these other companies (also run by Ukrainians) have demonstrated a high level of professionalism that appears to be completely absent from BLS. You may wish to heed this advice when deciding which company to rent from at LWO airport. PS - Free advice to BLS management: (1) Don't advertise cars that are not available. (2) Return money within 24 hours to show that you respect your customers and would like their future business.

First off, it was the worst experience in my life! For all tourists who are thinking to rent in this cheap company, please please please avoid! My experience in details: I made my reservation on their website on 01/06/2021 and paid the full amount of money for one day rental including (unlimited mileages, child seat, and full coverage). When I made my payment, I didn’t receive any confirmation email showing my reservation details. Later, I was surprised that someone from BLS is contacting me on WhatsApp and asking for my driving license and passport in order to confirm my reservation. It was very suspicious act for me but I provided him and I admit it was my mistake. On the day of picking the car on 21/06/2021. I went to their office in Lviv international airport. The agent their is very rude and disrespectful. I gave him my details and he shocked me that you in order to get the car you have to pay more to get unlimited kilometers. Whaaat?! Me: can you please check my reservation to find out that I paid for unlimited KMs? BLS agent: sorry, we don’t provide any details for reservations! Me: How comes?! I am sure I did pay all services! Can you print my reservation details to check. BLS agent: sorry! I can’t. I’m sorry I have to cancel your reservation. Me: No please! I don’t have any choice. All the rental companies in the airport are fully booked and they don’t have availability. I must be in Bukovel today because I paid my stay their and you are ruining my trip plans. Also, my wife and my kids are waiting outside for long time. Please, don’t cancel it! BLS agent: I cancelled it and you can take a taxi to Bukovel! Me: I straight away went to the police office at Lviv Airport. Unfortunately, they only speak Ukrainian. Suddenly, Bls again came and he offered an apology and I didn’t accept it at all. He said he will refund me and I was really mad at him and didn’t accept anything from him. The police asked him to refund me and unfortunately, the language was a barrier to communicate. That time, I was really lost. No one helps. I went to the police officer again and asked for help. He went to the Bls agent and they found a company outside the airport with only one available car which is premium class “BMW”! It was very expensive but I had no choice, I paid and rented it. FINALLY, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM RENTAL COMPANY. I swear, I am honest in every word mentioned above. It was a day to forget in my life!

They are not worth even a one star review!!! It's THE WORST place ever to rent a car!!! NEVER EVER RENT A CAR AT BLS, please! Our story: so we gave back the car, everything was alright and then they sent us 2 pics of damages that we haven't done and claiming for deposit! Not mention the fact, that we got a car late in the evening when it was super dark and cold. All the car was covered in white frost so it's impossible to spot anything under it! The man who showed us a car didin't even notice one huge mark on the side mirror if not me! When I saw pics I called him, he said he can't talk, he has another client. Later I called him again and only when I asked about a price of the damage he said 2000hrn and said he will be so nice and will do a huge discount for us (SCAM!) So we have to pay only 1000hrn. Then at around 10.21 PM (like 4 hours after our last conversation) he sent us 11 more zoomed in pictures with damages. I have no words! Not to mention, that it seems totally illegal to ask for money after he checked everything by himself and we returned a car. And here we did a HUGE MISTAKE and didn't ask for any paper or to unblock our deposit! Guys, be careful! Always ask for signature or film everything! And then he is sending us loads of zoomed in pictures of damages! He said other person went to the car wash and found those damages. I tried to argue with him that "man you checked the car and it was all good", and then he got angry and said that "by car rental rules you (the driver) must go to the car wash before returning a car" (SKAM. AGAIN.) I have NO WORDS!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND A HUGE UKRAINIAN SHAME. To be continued...

Dont waste your time. I made reservation and paid 16 usd . They have answered me by mail that there is no any Pegeaut 208... I ve asked them for alternative but they didnt reply. Then I called their office in Kiev they give me a mobile of thier manager in Lviv . Their manager told me that they will return my payment and they dont have any car ?! So I lost 6 hours make payment for nothing ... Go to other well known brands... dont waste your time...
