Station wagon rental without a standard vehicle deposit is available with Prime: it provides unlimited mileage from day one, while BLS separately retains 200 or 300 US dollars, depending on class, for possible traffic fines. Prime requires a driver aged at least 25 with three years of experience, while general passenger-car requirements start at age 21 with two years of experience.
A special 60+ day programme has separately agreed conditions and a monthly mileage allowance, so ordinary Prime's unlimited mileage does not transfer automatically. Travel through other regions or across a border must be approved before the agreement is signed.
