What if the rental car breaks down?
We will provide technical assistance and make quick repairs (if possible). If it is not possible to carry out prompt repairs, the client receives a replacement car of the same class or higher.
What are the restrictions when using a rented car?
It is forbidden to smoke in the cabin, use it for taxis, in sports competitions. Also, independently carry out repairs and transfer vehicles to third parties without the knowledge of the company.
Do I need to wash the car before returning?
No. We do not have an item on the obligatory return of the car in its pure form.
