Vehicle was super clean and well maintained as expected.

Rented a BMW 520 for 3 days. The car was nice. The service met my expectations, and the staff was quite professional. A few items disappointed me: I took possession of the car with 1/8 tank of gas (which itself was a bit surprising), and returned it with 3/4 tank, but was given no credit for the $30 in gas. Whatever. It was also a bit disappointing that, due to a blizzard and extremely bad road conditions, it took us three hours to drive 10 kilometers to return the car. As a result, we returned the car 45 minutes late. They charged us (as stated in the contract) an entire extra day's rent ($150) for the car being late. Yes, they had a right to do it. No, it was not the right thing to do under the circumstances - taking advantage of a weather event to gouge a luxury car customer for returning a car less than an hour late. My fault, but they missed a chance to garner a lot of goodwill. All that said, I would use this company again if I wanted a luxury car in Kiev. I would just clarify whether I would be getting credit for extra gas I leave in the tank.

Booking in advance is not reliable - I’ve booked a car 5 days in advance over the phone as had a lot of plans for a weekend. It was bad surprise to hear my booking “wasn’t there”.
It was actually the third episode when booked in advance and there were problems when I come to pick the car up.
Choose carefully if you have a plans - those might be ruined as you simply might not have a car.
On the other side - staff tried to propose options. But systematic problems seem to be present.

My reservation was cancelled without my approval. I arrived at Borispol airport in the evening and had no car! I called BLS and it turned out they had cars, but refused to give me one. Inadmissible! Never again!
