Trips abroad are possible, but they must be agreed with BLS in writing beforehand. The cars carry basic insurance, and the Prime plan additionally removes most risks from the renter. You can rent a car from the age of 21 with at least 2 years of driving experience.
If your plans change, the rental term can usually be extended by prior arrangement. You plan your routes around Kyiv and the region yourself - there are no restrictions on direction. To sign up you only need a passport or ID card and a driving licence. The Base plan comes with a 250 km per day mileage limit, while the Prime plan has unlimited mileage.
